AC leaks and blocked drains
Water on the wall or a drip in the night. That’s usually the drain, not the roof. We clear the line and stop the stain.
Indoor drip
The indoor unit makes water when it cools. That water has to leave through a pipe. Dust, algae, a kink — it backs up and comes out the front, onto the plaster.
Don’t run it overnight if it’s dripping. You get mould in the corner and a bigger stain. Call. We come to the flat.
Gas leak is different
A refrigerant leak is not a puddle on the floor. That’s the other page. If you smell nothing and see water, start with the drain.
