AC leaking water?
A puddle under the indoor or a brown streak on the plaster. That’s the drain, most days. Stop running it if it’s pouring.
Why it drips
Cold indoor units make condensate. The pipe clogs. Water has nowhere to go except out the front of the unit and down your wall.
Humidity in a sealed flat makes it worse. We clear the line. If the pipe is crushed in the wall, we say what that job is.
Not the same as gas
Water on the floor is not refrigerant. Gas leaving the system is a different fault. If it’s wet, start here.
