What counts as an emergency
No cold air in August. Water on the wall at night. The outdoor unit dead on the roof. That’s the call. We treat it as a job today when we’re on this side of the island.
Turn it off at the controller. A compressor running hot with no cooling can cook itself. Tell us the make if you can see it on the indoor unit.
What we check on site
Power to the indoor and outdoor. Filters. Drain. Outdoor fan. Then gas if the system is empty. We don’t sell a bottle over the phone — we look, then we say.
If it’s a board, a pump, or a leak we can reach, we say the price before we start. If we can’t fix that model today, we say that too.
